Refund and Returns Policy

At [SIC].Wardrobe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we’re here to help! Below is our return and refund policy for all purchases.

1. Return Eligibility:

• Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Items must be in unused, unwashed, and unworn condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

2. How to Initiate a Return:

• Visit your order page and initiate a return.
• We will send you a return authorisation and instructions on how to send the item(s) back.

3. Refund Process:

• Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the return is processed.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items:

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item with images and we will get back to you in 24 hours.

5. Exchanges:

• If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please reach out us at sales@sicwardrobe.com6. For defective/damaged products, we only provide an exchange. Once a request is raised, the exchange product will be delivered within 7-10 days
