• All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Costs

• Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over INR 5000.
• Standard Shipping: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are based on the size and weight of the items in your cart, as well as the delivery location.

Delivery Time

• Delivery times may vary based on the shipping address. On average, deliveries take:
  • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
  • Non-Metro Cities & Rural Areas: 5-7 business days
• We aim to ensure timely deliveries, but please note that some factors (such as weather, traffic, or courier delays) may affect delivery times.
• We strive to fulfill orders as soon as you place them. In most cases, your order will be expected to be delivered within 7 business days. Our business days are Monday-Friday.

Shipping Locations

• We currently deliver across India, including metro cities, small towns, and rural areas. If your location is not serviceable, we will notify you and cancel your order if necessary.

Order Tracking

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, You can use this tracking number on our courier partner’s website to check the status of your shipment.

Packaging

• All items will be securely packed to avoid any damage during transit. Our packaging is eco-friendly, and we strive to minimize waste.

Issues with Delivery

• If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team immediately at sales@sicwardrobe.com. We will assist you in resolving the issue.

Failed Deliveries

• If a delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, a re-delivery charge may apply. In such cases, we will contact you to schedule another delivery.

International Shipping

• Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship to locations within India.
